Everything buyers usually ask before placing their first order — MOQ, samples, OEM, lead times and shipping.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 500 pieces per item for standard products. For custom molds or OEM/ODM orders, MOQ depends on the product size and complexity — usually 1,000 to 3,000 pieces. We are flexible for first-time partners and can discuss trial orders.
Do you support OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We offer full OEM (custom logo, color, packaging) and ODM (custom design and mold development) services. Our in-house design and mold team can develop new products from your drawings, samples, or simply an idea.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Samples of our existing products are available at factory cost — we refund the sample fee on the first bulk order. Custom sample development is quoted separately. Samples ship via DHL, FedEx or UPS within 3-7 days.
What are your production lead times?
For stock or standard products: 7-15 days. For OEM/ODM orders: 20-35 days depending on mold development and quantity. We confirm exact lead time in your PI (Proforma Invoice).
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), PayPal for sample orders, and L/C for large repeat orders. All payments are made through official company accounts.
What materials do you use? Are they food-safe?
We mainly use 304 stainless steel, food-grade silicone (LFGB/BPA-free), and PP/plastic materials. All materials are SGS-tested and meet FDA / LFGB / CE food-contact standards. Material test reports are available on request.
How do you control quality?
We follow a 3-stage QC process: incoming material inspection, in-line production checks, and final pre-shipment inspection. A QC report with photos is provided for every order before dispatch.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship by sea freight (FOB/CIF), air freight, and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Small orders and samples go by express; container orders by sea. We recommend the most cost-effective option for your destination.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely. Our factory is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. You are welcome to visit our production lines, QC lab, and sample room. Please contact us in advance to arrange a visit.
What is your after-sales policy?
We provide a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects. If any quality issue is confirmed, we replace the goods or issue a credit for the next order. Our team supports you from inquiry to after-sales.
